Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Prepare and coordinate documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

Conditions of Employment:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
